Early Childhood

Early Learning and School Readiness

Early Childhood Consultants at SST3 focus on improving outcomes for young children, including those with the diverse needs, by offering technical assistance and professional development to support families and providers in all early childhood settings including:

  • LEAs
  • Community Schools
  • Early Childhood Education Grantees
  • Help Me Grow and
  • Partnering with community-based programs such as Head Start. 

The Early Childhood Team at SST3 supports the goals of the Ohio Department of Education's Office for Early Learning and School Readiness. 

Areas of focus include: Assessment; Diverse Learners; Early Childhood Programs; Family Involvement; Standards, Curriculum, and Instruction; Step Up to Quality; and Transition.
