Following an initial planning grant from the Ohio Partnership for Continued Learning, the Educational Service Center of Cuyahoga County has committed resources to continue building capacity in Cuyahoga County to collect, analyze and distribute P-16 data that incorporates various indicators of preparedness for school readiness, higher education and workforce.  The ESC of Cuyahoga County collaborates with numerous partners and initiatives in Cuyahoga County that address needs across the P-16 continuum. One goal of the ESC of Cuyahoga P-16 Coordination is to serve as a mechanism for facilitating awareness and communication about these initiatives. Please continue to check this website for updated news and information about the ESC P-16 Coordination work and current Cuyahoga County partnerships.
