The Educational Service Center of Cuyahoga County and the Family and Children First Council of Cuyahoga County are working in partnership with district Family and Civic Engagement teams to ensure all children have the supports needed to graduate from high school prepared for additional educational experiences, the workforce and healthy lifestyles. Ohio’s goal is to have high-performing, district-based family and civic engagement teams that work with county Family and Children First Councils (FCFCs) to systematically connect all children, youth and families who are in need to school- and community-based services and programs.
