Work Study Services

The Educational Service Center of Cuyahoga County (ESCCC) provides Work Study Coordinator personnel to districts and special education programs within Cuyahoga County. The Consortium allows multiple districts and/or special education programs to contract for work study coordinator personnel on a full time, part time or on an as need basis. The personnel will be a liaison between school districts and/or special education programs and the Cuyahoga East Vocational Education Consortium.

A certified/licensed Work Study Coordinators will provide direct services to school districts that are a coordinated set of transition activities for students with disabilities that are designed within an outcome-oriented process, that promotes movement from school to post-school activities, including postsecondary education, vocational training, integrated employment (including supported employment), continuing and adult education, adult services, independent living and community participation.
