Education Management Information Systems (EMIS)

The Educational Service Center of Cuyahoga County (ESCCC) submits daily EMIS data annually for the special needs preschool programs being operated through the Service Center. The Personnel Department submits personnel EMIS data and Highly Qualified (HQT) data for the special education preschool and school aged county wide programs operated by the Service Center. The Pupil Service Department provides EMIS data regarding program course codes and HQT data in a customer friendly manner to local and city school districts that have students with disabilities enrolled in one of our school aged special education facilities to ensure accurate fall, winter and spring EMIS reporting.
