The Transition Network includes Work Study Coordinators, Vocational-Special Education Coordinators, Job Training Coordinators, Transition Coordinators, and Career Assessment Specialists from school districts throughout Cuyahoga County. These coordinators meet twice a year to update their skills and knowledge in the area of transition planning for youth with disabilities. Speakers present on the most recent findings and protocols, and coordinators have an opportunity to develop collaborative activities with colleagues from other districts. The goal is to share best practice information that can be used to promote successful outcomes for students with disabilities.
