Principal Network

Being an Instructional Leader is hard work and requires numerous skill sets. The Educational Service Center’s Principal Leadership Network (PLN) provides principals, assistant principals and aspiring principals with the opportunity to network, share best practices, explore challenges, bring their voices to the table and assist each other in a supportive professional learning environment. Key benefits include:

• strengthening knowledge and understanding of issues related to the role of the principal;
• engaging in networking sessions for gaining insight into best practices, national resources and research-based practices that are currently being used both nationally and locally, and
• an opportunity to engage in learning experiences within a framework of a professional learning community.
