GPS-IEP Introduction Video -

Kathe Shelby, Director of the Office for Exceptional Children, is pleased to announce the availability of the online resource, Going Places with a Standards-Based IEP or GPS-IEP. As Ohio requires that all IEPs be standards based, the GPS-IEP is designed to provide assistance to school personnel as they develop standards-based IEPs to prepare Ohio's children for their future beyond school. IDEA requires that all children with disabilities have access to and make progress in the general education curriculum. Click here to access the GPS-IEP.
