Assistive Technology

The Assistive Technology Network provides opportunities for educators, administrators, related service providers, parents, and agency personnel to

• exchange information,
• identify strengths and weaknesses in community and district support systems, and
• obtain information regarding best practices in the use of AT with students with disabilities and form communities of support.

An email distribution list and network meeting will be utilized.

This year's Flexible and Assistive Technology Network will be focusing on Universal Design for Learning (UDL) as well as assistive technology. Discussion and tools sharing for supporting ALL learners to access the general curriculum, not just students with disabilities, but students who may be struggling, English Language Learners, or simply have different learning preferences.  Each session will have atopic focus and a tool to support students.
