 Annuity Selections 

It is the policy of the Educational Service Center of Cuyahoga County to make tax sheltered annuities available to Governing Board employees upon request and filing of appropriate company application with the Governing Board Treasurer.  Employees who purchase annuities do so completely on their own. The ESC does not endorse any company.

These shall be subject to limitation of the Internal Revenue Code governing tax shelters.  The Governing Board reserves the right to required that an applicant for tax shelered annuity be one of at least five persons to be covered by any company which is not, as of October 27, 1982, currently a company which has written tax-sheltered annuities for Governing Board employees.
