Our purpose is to
empower leaders to integrate, within a systems framework such as the Ohio
Improvement Process, Universal Design for Learning or Multi-Tiered Systems of
Support, the principles of equity, family and community engagement and positive
school climate as aligned to their vision and mission statements for student
achievement by:
• Discussing topics, products, processes, and research
• Sharing best practices among participants
• Coaching leaders to build their capacity to move the work forward
• Strengthening implementation and monitoring processes
We will emphasize
implementation science, coaching, and collegial sharing at all meetings with
specific topics for each session connected to equity, the Ohio Improvement
Process, Positive Behavior Intervention Supports, and Family and Community
Engagement.
