Dr. Steve Gratz is senior executive director of the Center for Student Support and Education at the Ohio Department of Education where he oversees creative ways to help students achieve success in school. In this role, he provides leadership to the office of Career and Technical Education and he will share his vision for the future of career readiness and career pathways.

Brianna Schultz is the Director of Youth Programs for WIRE-net, a non-profit organization to accelerate Cleveland area manufacturing by finding solutions for workforce challenges including incumbent workers, upgrading skills, entry level worker training and apprentice and internship programs.
