This 3-day, 16.5 hour, workshop provides an overview of the Wilson Reading System curriculum and serves as the prerequisite for WRS certification. At the completion of the workshop, attendees will be able to:= Define dyslexia and describe common characteristics
= Understand WRS principles of instruction and how WRS materials facilitate multisensory interactive learning
= Identify the lesson parts for Blocks 1, 2, and 3 of the lesson plan
= Write a lesson plan
Note: Introductory Workshop (completed within the last five years) serves as the prerequisite for Wilson Academy®/Intensive Learning Community Membership and WRS Level I Certification
