Innovative districts guide students to be design thinkers and problem solvers. However, this requires administrators to drive the district and building cultures that nurture how administrators, teachers and students interact and learn. The ESC of Northeast Ohio has multiple resources to support Superintendents and other administrators in transforming their district. The Focus 3 model, in conjunction with other strategies, will guide administrators through this process.
