Description: |
Participants will be introduced to the purpose and importance of teacher-based teams (TBT) in the scope of their work in early childhood. Participants learn the OIP 5 – Step process as it applies to preschool. Activities include unpacking the Early Learning and Development Standards and targeting learning progressions from the Early Learning Assessment for data analysis and collaborative planning. Because collaboration is a very important aspect of quality planning among professionals, a team is required to attend. Minimally teams must include an Administrator, an Early Childhood Teacher, and/or an Early Childhood Special Education Teacher. Participants are encouraged to bring a copy of the 10 progressions of the Early Learning Assessment.
PLC will be offered on February 10, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. for continued support. |
