The Educational Service Center (ESC) of Cuyahoga County, in collaboration with the Ohio School Boards Association (OSBA), is pleased to announce a four-part leadership training opportunity for school board members and central office administrators. Board members are encouraged to attend the Leadership Academy as a team, or with as many members possible. Individual registrations are welcome. This year’s academy will focus on the following:

Session I—October 25, 2017:  Legislative Update by Jennifer Hogue, OSBA Lobbyist

Session II—December 7, 2017: Conflict Resolution and Communication by Teri Morgan, Deputy Director of Board and Management Services

Session III—February 6, 2018: Student Achievement by Kim Miller-Smith, Senior Student Achievement Consultant

Session IV—March 15, 2018: Policy Update and Hot Topics by Kenna Haycox, Senior Policy Consultant
