The Educational Service Center of Cuyahoga County will be hosting a half-day professional development opportunity designed specifically for credentialed OTES evaluators. Participants will review the information needed for successful recalibration for their OTES credentials. Participants will also script a lesson, discuss the evidence and arrive at a consensus. The evaluator will leave with a deeper understanding of the OTES rubric and compare their rating with those of the adjudicators. A portion of this training will focus on the Electronic Teacher/Principal Evaluation System (eTPES).
