In order to stay current about and aware of important information and resources regarding transition planning for youth, the SST 3 Transition Network will meet four times this year to share information and resources from ODE, NTACT, OLTS, OCALI, each other, and any other agencies and organizations as needed. Additional topics for discussion will be determined based on needs of the group. |
