| Description: |
The Building Leadership Team (BLT) plays an integral role in supporting Teacher-Based Teams (TBTs) and connecting TBTs to the District Leadership Team (DLT) / Network Leadership Team (NLT).
Participants will learn to:
• Collect and chart TBT and building-wide data in Step 1
• Analyze TBT processes and school-wide data (eg: Ohio’s State Tests, benchmark assessments, climate, attendance) in Step 2 to monitor and reflect on the implementation of building improvement plans
• Provide mastery feedback to TBTs in Step 3
• Design school-wide supports for TBTs, emphasizing implementation
Principals should attend with members of their BLT. |

Building Leadership Teams (BLTs) who are beginning Ohio’s 5-step process and teams who have attended previous professional development and would like to refine and strengthen their practices.
Preference given to Cuyahoga County |
