Building a synergistic culture of MAP Growth data use requires sustained, artful leadership at all levels—from district to building to teacher. Attend this learning institute to explore the characteristics of district, building, and teacher leaders who have successfully used MAP Growth within the Ohio Improvement Process to raise student achievement on Ohio’s State Test and increase performance on their Ohio District and School Report Cards. Bring your DLT and BLT to hear the concrete actions teams implemented and reflect on the impact of those actions on students, staff, and stakeholders. NWEA professional learning consultants will facilitate analysis of MAP Growth reports and data to support teams diving into their own data and making a plan for increasing the synergy of data use in their own schools and districts. |
