The One Needs Assessment is a new comprehensive tool that provides the opportunity for districts and schools to focus on a few items of high impact for continuous improvement.  Replacing the old Decision Framework tool, the One Needs Assessment directs districts and schools towards creating a focused plan to send to the CCIP.

Participants will:  
- Understand the purpose of the One Needs Assessment which replaces the old Decision Framework
- Explore and use the new One Needs Assessment tool including specific question sections and groupings
- Explore pros and cons of implementation of the One Needs Assessment this school year 
- Determine which district and school team members need to be part of the team that completes the One Needs Assessment 
- Share feedback with ODE about the One Needs Assessment

Audience:  District and Building level leaders interested in learning more about the new One Needs Assessment.  *We recommend district and building level leaders attend this session together.
