This session will explore ways to support teacher collaboration and ownership of their professional

            growth, aligning with the expectations of OTES 2.0.  Participants will be introduced to a

            protocol based on Danielson’s Framework Clusters for observing and reflecting on instructional 

            practices across virtual classrooms and online spaces. Participants will also develop ways to adapt

            the protocol to maximize its benefit within their local environment.
