Northeast Ohio educators are realizing the many challenges associated with transitioning to online learning environments, and professional development providers are experiencing the same challenges. The ESC of Northeast Ohio is offering two sessions that provide guidance in developing online professional learning opportunities for supporting teachers as they navigate the world of online learning. 

Virtual Learning Walks

This session will explore ways to support teacher collaboration and ownership of their professional growth, aligning with the expectations of OTES 2.0.  Participants will be introduced to a protocol based on Danielson’s Framework Clusters for observing and reflecting on instructional practices across virtual classrooms and online spaces. Participants will also develop ways to adapt the protocol to maximize its benefit within their local environment.
