OTES 2.0:  Creating Professional Growth Plans

This workshop style session will begin with an overview of changes in professional growth plans as districts transition from OTES 1.0 to 2.0.  Emphasis will be placed on aligning teacher goals to district/building goals and/or improvement plans.  Facilitators will demonstrate how action steps in the new OhioES portal can be used to monitor progress of teachers’ professional growth.
