Are you looking to start your school year off with a strong, exciting, and motivational PBIS school climate? Well, it starts with bringing the PBIS team together BEFORE the school year starts. This is a crucial step for a successful kick-off and year of implementation. In this PD session, PBIS teams will be guided through the development of a complete PBIS roll-out. Teams will discuss and plan their ‘year a at glance’ including but not limited to: reviewing and identifying team roles and responsibilities; building staff and student buy-in; creating PBIS orientation packages for students, staff, and parents; refining systems and procedures; creating meeting and event calendars; and developing mini PD sessions for certified and classified staff. When teams plan ahead, it allows them to take a proactive approach as they build a sustainable positive school culture and climate. Don’t miss out on this opportunity!
