The SST 3 Transition Network meets a minimum of three times yearly to learn needed updates in transition planning, collaborate with fellow districts’ transition personnel to exchange ideas, offer support, add commentary, and seek answers to pressing questions. Members offer ideas for needed topics to be addressed. Knowledgeable speakers are made available to provide quality information. Membership is limited to: transition coordinators; work study, job training, and VoSE Coordinators; career assessment specialists; and intervention specialists who provide transition services to students (community schools). |
