Description:   Learn about the geography, cultures and arts of modern Africa through the ESC’s Fall 2015 workshops that explore the central, eastern and western geographic regions of sub-Saharan Africa. Enhance your content knowledge about non-Western countries and societies in response to Ohio’s learning standards requirements. Pan-African scholars from Cleveland State and Kent State Universities will lead workshops and share their experiences teaching, living and working on the continent of Africa for the series “Teaching About Africa.”
