| Description: |
This training is designed for early learning and development teachers in state-funded preschool programs, including Early Childhood Education Entitlement Expansion programs and Preschool Special Education programs who are required to administer the Early learning Assessment for 2015-16 and have not been trained previously on the assessment. This training will review the purpose and structure of the assessment, gathering evidence to use for scoring assessment items, administration for students with disabilities, administration for English Language Learners, reporting assessment results, communicating with families about the assessment and using assessment results. Registrants should bring their curriculum and class schedule to day two.
Participation in an additional technology module will be required January 2016.
