| Description: |
Teachers will focus on a research simulation task that will be required of students to pass on the PARCC assessment based upon the tools used by PARCC. They will be able to use this process to further develop other performance based tasks in literacy analysis and narrative. Teachers will leave with one research simulation task and be asked to administer this to their students following the workshop so that they can bring their student samples back to score at the second day of the workshop. |
