The Building Leadership Team (BLT) plays an integral role in supporting Teacher-based Teams (TBTs) and connecting TBTs to the District Leadership Team (DLT). Participants in this training will learn how to monitor and provide feedback to TBTs; identify supports needed by TBTs, how to design professional development, and how to communicate to the DLT.
