The Alternate Assessment for Students with Significant Cognitive Disabilities (AASCD) is the statewide achievement test aligned with Ohio’s Academic Content Standards-Extended (OACS-E) for Science, Social Studies, Mathematics, and English/Language Arts. The AASCD is an individually administered, computer based assessment. Participants in this professional development opportunity will learn how to organize the test materials and the testing environment; make accommodations to the test materials; administer the new assessment; and score the new assessment. Participants will also have an opportunity to interact with sample test materials and practice test administration. PLEASE NOTE: This training is for TEST ADMINISTRATORS and SECOND RATERS who were not trained in the administration of the AASCD. |

All stakeholders who will be administering Alternate Assessment for Students with Significant Cognitive Disabilities who were NOT trained last year. Preference given to Cuyahoga County |
