Learn how the Ohio Improvement Process improves teaching and learning to increase student achievement and links to the Ohio Teacher Evaluation System. Participants of this two-day series will learn how to implement Teacher Based Teams, using the Ohio 5-Step process and how that process directly aligns with the requirements of OTES. Specific skills that will be developed in this series include: unpacking the New Learning Standards and writing student-friendly learning targets; using a process to create high-quality common formative assessments; and learning and practicing the Ohio 5-Step process to analyze assessment data, design instruction, and measure instructional effectiveness. Clear connections to OTES and models of area teams will be embedded throughout the series.


Note:  This is a two-day workshop.  You must attend BOTH days.
