Description: |
Successful PBIS implementation requires an effective collaborative problem solving process. PBIS teams will learn how to define problems with precision and define comprehensive solutions which will lead to an action plan. They will learn how to structure team meetings in order to maximize results related to school climate. This workshop is designed for teams who have received professional development on school-wide PBIS and are implementing universal behavioral supports. Teams must have a school-wide data collection system in place. As a result of implementing a collaborative team problem solving process, teams will: • Improve the likelihood that solutions are implemented • Increase student outcomes • Use data to monitor implementation of behavioral interventions and adapt as needed. |
