Horace Mann Elementary (Lakewood City Schools) Locally Recognized for CHAMPs Cafe!
Lakewood School's Horace Mann Elementary -- was on the news last week for their school based job readiness program—what make it unique is that it is at an elementary and it intentionally ensures integration—students with disabilities and those without working side by side.
This group also presented at the DCDT Conference in Seattle
(National CEC conference for Transition) and at our 5th Annual
Northeast Ohio Transition Symposium.
