Students who have successfully completed work at the district or another online school can transfer into Apex courses so they are not required to retake content already mastered. The following policies are followed to transfer a student into a course:
- The Mentor or Student Learning Advocate will indicate at what Unit the student will start in the Apex Learning course by reviewing the course syllabus
- The Mentor will provide the student’s current percentage in the course at the school district
- We are unable to transfer a failing grade below 60%
- Student will have access to the entire course’s content and will be responsible for all material on the Final Course Exam
- Transfers must be done upon initial enrollment into the course
