SST3 CTE/SPED Leadership Network

CTE/SPED Leadership Network

In collaboration with the Office of Exceptional Children and the Office of Career-Technical Education (The Ohio Department of Education), SST staff offer support and assist in the design of professional development presentations to career technical instructiors in Career Technical Planning Districts.  Network meetings provide instructors with the opportunity to learn about improving instruction as they serve diverse learners and students with disabilities.  Focus topics include, but are not limited to:
  • Special Education Service Delivery
  • Support Ohio School Improvement Process
  • Career Technical Education Standards
  • Career Connections
  • Program Development
  • Analysis

Regional Career Technical Education network meetings support those in, and are hosted by, SST regions 2, 3, 4, and 8.  Attendees are encouraged to share ideas, questions, and concerns.

Audience:

CTE/SPED Leaders, Transition Coordinators, Transition Specialists, Vocational Supports, Intervention Specialists, and Building Administrators 

Registration through STARS is required.
