The following return policy applies to the purchase of ALVS course enrollments:
- Withdrawal prior to course start date: 100% credit
- Withdrawal 1-28 days after course start date: $75 non-refundable administration fee for individual courses
- Withdrawal 29 days or more after course start date: No credit
- Any materials purchased (textbooks, lab manuals, etc.) are non-refundable
- Equipment that has been used by the student is not eligible for a refund
