For more than thirty (30) years, the Educational Service Center of Cuyahoga County has met the charge of the school districts in Cuyahoga and surrounding county schools to provide special education and alternative education programs to serve the most educationally challenging students in Northeast Ohio.
Our specialized separate school facilities, satelite classrooms and itinerant specialized staff served approximately two thousand (2000) preschool through high school aged students and over five thousand (5000) infant and toddlers that are at risk or have developmental delays and disabilities throughout the 2013-2014 school year.
Students served by ESC-CC staff and/or programs on behalf of the school district include students with emotional disturbances, multiple disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, hearing and visual impairments, at risk high school and preschoolers with delays.
